On Campus Tuition + Housing & Meals
University of Toccoa Falls offers a wide variety of aid opportunities to make attending UTF affordable. The cost listed below is before any aid. Currently, 100% of our residential students receive some sort of financial aid. UTF takes pride in presenting an on-campus pricing structure that is transparent and includes no fees.

Direct costs are the charges that appear on your UTF bill, such as tuition, housing, and meal plans. These are the actual expenses that students and families will want to focus on when calculating their semester costs after their financial aid offer from UTF has been applied.

Indirect costs are additional expenses students may incur while attending university (such as books, supplies, transportation, or personal expenses). These do not appear on your bill and vary from student to student. Universities are required by the federal government to provide estimates of these items to help calculate a student’s full Cost of Attendance for financial aid purposes.
