Toccoa Falls Announces Forrest Hall Final Phase is Completed

Toccoa Falls, Ga. (June 24, 2026) – Toccoa Falls is grateful to announce the completion of Phase Three, the final phase, of the Forrest Hall men’s residence hall renovations.

Named after founder Dr. Richard Forrest, Forrest Hall has long served as the primary residence hall for male students. Over the past three years, each wing has undergone extensive renovation, resulting in modernized living spaces. The project included new HVAC systems, flooring, windows, furnishings, electrical upgrades, bathrooms, and refreshed common areas, creating an environment that better serves students for years to come. A soundproof recording room, along with a new faculty conference room, was a welcome addition as well. The new Resident Director’s apartment brings spacious living quarters and updated kitchen appliances.

Students coming to campus this fall will be welcomed into a beautifully renovated green space with plenty of seating for studying, fellowship, or simply taking in the beauty of campus.

Special appreciation is extended to Ron Cantrell Construction, the Toccoa Falls Maintenance Department, and the many donors whose generosity helped sustain the project from beginning to end. Their dedication and hard work have created a lasting impact that will benefit generations of students.

Toccoa Falls College looks forward to formally celebrating this milestone during a Forrest Hall Dedication Ceremony planned for Fall 2026. Additional details regarding the dedication event will be announced at a later date.
