UTF Welcomes New Steinway Concert Grand Piano
Toccoa Falls, Ga. (July 29, 2026) – The University of Toccoa Falls continues in its vision to become an all-Steinway school. On July 23rd, a Steinway Model D (9-foot) concert grand piano was delivered, along with a Steinway-designed Boston, to the UTF Music Department.
Handpicked from the Steinway and Sons showroom in New York, where Music Department faculty toured the historic factory in Astoria, Queens, the majestic grand piano exhibits perfection, no matter the music style. Handcrafted with meticulous care, the nearly nine-foot masterpiece brings a rich, brilliant warmth to the campus that will inspire generations of young musicians to come.
The Music Department exists to prepare Christian musicians for career ministries in performance, teaching, church worship, and varied music-related vocations. As the program continues to grow, this investment underscores the University’s pursuit of excellence in music education and performance.
Both pianos were possible through generous giving and God’s continued blessings upon UTF and the institution’s mission.
